What We Do

Seven practice areas. One throughline: we stay through execution.

Most advisors stop at the recommendation, or at the award. We design what gets built, then we help run it. Every engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered against a written statement of work.

Start here: a Current-State Assessment.

Where are you today? What are you overlooking? Where should you focus? A fixed scope, agreed in writing, ending in a result your leadership can act on.

Engagement shapes

Three shapes of work

Projects

A defined scope with a start and a finish: a systems selection, an operating model redesign, a market analysis, a facility or service line decision.

Programs

Multi-year, multi-workstream work that runs across organizations: transformation portfolios, regional networks, shared services, and the program office that keeps them on schedule.

Funded initiatives

Public or grant funding that has to be won, administered, reported, and defended in an audit, with the program it pays for actually delivered.

We are built for the 618

We work across Southern Illinois and the Metro East, the counties of the 618 area code: Alexander, Bond, Calhoun, Clay, Clinton, Crawford, Edwards, Fayette, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jersey, Johnson, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Richland, St. Clair, Saline, Union, Wabash, Washington, Wayne, White, and Williamson.

Healthcare is our focus: critical access hospitals, regional health systems, EMS, and public health. We also work with the other industries that carry the region: manufacturing, energy and utilities, the public sector and county government, higher education, financial services, and the businesses that serve them. We do not apply a national playbook to a rural market.

We start from how work actually gets done here: what a project can realistically cost and staff, what a program can sustain after the consultants leave, what funding is genuinely available, how far a patient truly travels for care, and which decisions a county board or a hospital board can actually make.

That is the difference between advice that reads well and advice that works in the 618.
