CASE 01 · HEALTHCARE
Multiple grant applications, one deadline
The situation. Several healthcare organizations pursued the same funding cycle at once. Each had capable staff and no grants office, working against a fixed state deadline.
What we did. Grant assessment, application development, and coordination across multiple concurrent applications, working alongside on-site staff rather than around them, and supplying the specialist skills and added capacity the applications required.
Result. Applications completed to requirement and submitted on deadline.
What it shows. When the deadline is fixed and the team is already full, advice is not the constraint. Capacity is.
CASE 02 · SOCIAL SERVICES
Nine counties, one connected organization
The situation. A regional social service organization operating across nine counties and several service lines: legal services, adult protective services, on-site shelters, remote offices, and mobile field staff.
What we did. Delivered reliable, interconnected IT and business services across every site, office, and mobile worker, so that staff in the field and staff in the office work from the same systems.
Result. A distributed organization operating as one.
What it shows. Rural service delivery is a distribution problem before it is a technology problem. Nine counties is not one office nine times.
CASE 03 · MANUFACTURING
A direct-to-customer channel, researched and delivered
The situation. A regional manufacturer needed to reach customers directly, deliver reliably across a wide territory, and quote accurately across many tax jurisdictions.
What we did. Researched, designed, and delivered a new direct-to-customer sales and distribution channel. Built a regional delivery routing solution that accounts for weather and product readiness. Automated customer quoting with tax calculated at county and city rates.
Result. Improved quoting accuracy and reduced rework across more than 30 state sales tax filings.
What it shows. Research through delivered system, not a recommendation deck and a handshake.
